About this experience

A weekend to step away from the noise and come back to yourself. We live surrounded by notifications, screens, deadlines, conversations and constant movement.

Even when we are resting, a part of us is usually somewhere else. Navara Disconnect is an invitation to pause.

A thoughtfully curated overnight experience just outside Bangalore, created for those who want to step away from the usual pace, disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with something more real - yourself, nature and the people around you.

For a while, there are no notifications to answer, no feeds to scroll and nowhere you need to rush to.

Just a slower rhythm. A barefoot walk in the morning. The feeling of the earth beneath you. A shared meal around a table. Time to make something with your hands. A sunset spent journaling. Sound meditation and Yoga Nidra. Conversations that go a little deeper. Music, laughter and moments of simply being present.

The experience is intentionally spacious. You won't be rushed from one activity to another. There is time to relax, wander, observe, create, talk or simply do nothing.

Everything is an invitation. Nothing is forced. You don't need to come with a goal. You don't need to be "good" at meditation. You don't need to know anyone beforehand.

Good to know

Is this a retreat?

Not exactly. Navara Disconnect isn't designed as a traditional retreat, workshop or wellness program. It's an intentional experience that brings together nature, movement, creativity, rest, food, music and meaningful human connection. There is no pressure to "transform" yourself over a weekend.

Do I need to know anyone before joining?

Not at all. Many people join Navara experiences without knowing anyone beforehand. The experience is intentionally designed to make meeting new people feel natural rather than forced.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Coming alone gives you the opportunity to arrive without expectations and connect with people and the experience at your own pace.

Do I have to participate in every activity?

No. Everything is an invitation. Nothing is forced. You can participate, observe, take some quiet time or simply be present. We want you to experience the weekend in a way that feels right for you.

Will I need to stay disconnected from my phone?

The experience includes intentional digital-detox time. We encourage you to step away from your phone and be present, but we understand that certain situations may require you to stay reachable.

What kind of accommodation is provided?

The stay is provided on a comfortable double-sharing basis.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, footwear suitable for walking, personal toiletries, any medication or personal essentials you may need, and something comfortable for the evening. We also recommend bringing a journal if you enjoy writing or reflecting.

What kind of food will be provided?

Curated meals are included as part of the experience. If you have dietary restrictions, allergies or specific food requirements, please let us know while booking.

Where exactly is the location?

The experience will take place at a curated property on the outskirts of Bangalore. The exact location and pickup details will be shared with confirmed participants before the experience.

Is this suitable for everyone?

The experience is designed for adults who are comfortable with an overnight group experience, shared accommodation and the planned activities. If you have any specific physical, dietary or accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can understand how best to support you.
