I've always been fascinated by what happens when you put the right people in the same room. For more than a decade, I've been doing exactly that though the rooms have changed quite a bit. I started out in the world of technology and startups, building communities around people, ideas and emerging technology. In 2016, I founded Community Folks, which grew into a network of thousands of community builders across India. I've since worked with global organisations including Microsoft and Facebook, hosted hundreds of gatherings, spoken at 100+ stages including TEDx, and was recognised as the Global Community Professional of the Year in 2020. But after years of living in the rhythm of startups, events and always-moving-forward, I became curious about a different question: What happens when we stop trying to make something happen? That question eventually took me to Goa, and eventually became Swakaash — a slow-living movement built around the idea of taking a break with yourself. Today, I curate and host experiences across mountains, forests and beaches, bringing together movement, nature, reflection, conversations, food, play and, most importantly, people. I've come to realise that the most memorable parts of a gathering are rarely the things you put on the schedule. It's the conversation that continues long after dinner. The stranger who becomes a friend. The idea someone takes home with them. The moment everyone forgets to check their phone. That's what I look for when I curate a space not just an experience people attend, but one that stays with them.

Tanya

Hi, I’m Tanya, co-founder of Lost & Found Travel, professional overthinker, accidental people collector and someone who will probably notice the architecture of a hotel before noticing the hotel itself. I’ve always been drawn to places that have a story, people who have one too, and trips that leave you with more than a camera roll. I like slow mornings, long conversations, old bookstores, beautifully designed spaces, local food, getting slightly lost, asking too many questions and finding the little things most people walk past. I’m also very particular about a few things: I will absolutely judge a place by its coffee. I will take the scenic route if there is one. I will stop to pet the dog. I will probably ask a local where they actually eat. And I will try to convince everyone that we don't need to rush to the next thing. I host Lost & Found Gatherings because I don't really believe in travelling just to *see* a place, I want us to borrow a way of living & truly experience it Come for the destination. Stay for the people, the conversations and the side quests. — Tanya Dutta, 29 Lost & Found Travel 🤍

Kaaj

Curator

Kaaj

420 Collective was born from Kaaj's own journey of seeking something deeper thanwhat the modern world had to offer. Years ago, what began as a solo journey into yoga, spirituality, and self-discovery slowly evolved into a profound relationship with cannabis, not as an escape, as a tool for awareness, reflection, healing, and connection. Through years of exploration, study, and personal experience, she discovered that when approached with intention, cannabis has the potential to become much more than a recreational substance. It can become a doorway into presence, self-inquiry, creativity, community, and a deeper appreciation for life itself. As a trauma-informed facilitator and holistic wellness practitioner, Kaaj is known for creating spaces that feel safe, authentic, and deeply human. Her approach is gentle yet powerful, blending mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, spirituality, and conscious cannabis use into experiences that feel both grounded and transformational. More than a retreat facilitator, she sees herself as a space holder bringing together a community of curious souls who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and explore life with greater depth, wonder, and intention. For Kaaj, the most beautiful part of every retreat is witnessing strangers become family, watching meaningful connections form, perspectives shift, and people leave carrying a little more joy,

Swakaash

Swakaash is a slow-living movement from India that began in June 2024, born from a simple realization: modern life is wearing people down faster than they can recover. We create intentional pauses: Slowcations (5 days), Slow Weekends (3 days), corporate programs, in raw, natural spaces where people can step out of their usual pace and remember what it feels like to be human again. We won’t be focused on phones, performance, or productivity goals. "Just movement, stillness, good food, real conversations, and time with yourself. This isn't an escape. It’s a return to a pace your body can actually sustain."

Delight Eco Farms

Delight Eco Farms began in conventional real estate. RERA-approved plotted developments across Bangalore and Hyderabad, delivered on time and handed over properly. Six of them, over more than a decade. Somewhere along the way we noticed what buyers actually wanted wasn't another rectangle on a layout plan. They wanted somewhere to go on Friday evening. So we moved up into the Ghats, bought land with coffee and cardamom already growing on it, and learned to farm it. Today we manage over a thousand acres of it surveyed, titled, fenced, planted and maintained. You own the land. We look after it while you're in the city.
