About this experience

Slow Weekend is our 24-hour format for people who want to experience slow, intentional living without having to take a week off or travel too far from the city.

We bring a small group of people together and create enough structure to make the weekend meaningful, while leaving enough space to slow down in your own way.

There is journaling, art, movement, sound, shared meals, conversations and rest, but the activities themselves are not the point. The idea is to experience what happens when you have a full day where your time and attention are not constantly being pulled in different directions.

You don't come here to change your life in 24 hours. You come to experience a different pace, notice where your attention usually goes, and hopefully take something from that experience back into your everyday life.

Experience Curation

  1. Day 1 - Your Rhythm for the Day (Saturday)

11:00 AM Arrival & Slow Check-in Take your time to arrive, settle into your room, have a cup of tea and meet everyone. We intentionally keep the first hour relaxed because slowing down begins the moment you reach.

12:00 PM Arriving Within We begin with a gentle opening circle where you'll journal, reflect and have meaningful conversations in small groups. The idea isn't to introduce yourself through your work or achievements but to arrive mentally before the weekend begins.

1:00 PM Mindful Lunch A simple shared meal enjoyed without rushing. This is also the first time the whole group comes together around one table.

2:30 PM Yoga Nidra A guided relaxation session that allows your body and mind to settle after the morning.

3:00 PM Creative Expression A relaxed art session where the focus isn't on creating something beautiful but on enjoying the process of making something with your hands.

5:00 PM Mudgar An introductory Mudgar workout session designed to get the body moving, build strength and have some fun together. No prior experience required.

6:00 PM Sound Healing A guided sound healing session to slow things down, relax the body and settle into the evening.

7:00 PM Pause Freshen up, enjoy a cup of tea or simply spend some quiet time by yourself.

8:00 PM Dinner A slow shared dinner.

9:00 PM Bonfire Conversations We gather around the fire for stories, thoughtful conversation prompts and space to listen without needing to fix or advise anyone.

  2. Day 2 - Before You Leave

7:00 AM Morning With Yourself Before the day begins, we invite you to spend an hour alone. Go for a walk, enjoy a warm drink, journal, sit in silence or simply watch the morning unfold.

8:00 AM Stretching & Breathwork A gentle session to wake up the body through movement and breath. Depending on the edition, this may also include a sound relaxation session.

9:00 AM Closing Circle The weekend ends with one final reflection where you'll write a letter to your freer self—the version of you that lives with more attention, more presence and a little less noise.

    10:00 AM Breakfast & Goodbye

One last meal together before heading back home.

Who you'll meet

Run by

Swakaash

Swakaash is a slow-living movement from India that began in June 2024, born from a simple realization: modern life is wearing people down faster than they can recover. We create intentional pauses: Slowcations (5 days), Slow Weekends (3 days), corporate programs, in raw, natural spaces where people can step out of their usual pace and remember what it feels like to be human again. We won’t be focused on phones, performance, or productivity goals. "Just movement, stillness, good food, real conversations, and time with yourself. This isn't an escape. It’s a return to a pace your body can actually sustain."
